Multiple Exposures Gallery is a cooperative gallery of 15 award-winning photographers whose creations are in many private and public collections. Their distinctly different artistic visions are presented through traditional and digital photographic techniques including alternative processes. Founded in 1985, Multiple Exposures Gallery is widely recognized within the Washington, DC metropolitan area photographic community. The members are sought-after speakers, noted educators and traditional and digital photographic specialists and technicians. The gallery is always staffed by one of the members to assist you with purchases and to answer questions about photography.
ArtSpace Herndon is a community art gallery created and supported by art lovers in the greater Herndon area providing opportunities for local artists and photographers to exhibit their art, teach classes, and offer workshops. As a gathering place celebrating the arts, ArtSpace Herndon is also a showcase for performers. ArtSpace Herndon is attracting artists and performers at local, national, and international levels.
ArtSpace Herndon, located in historic downtown Herndon, features a 1,700 square foot Post Gallery where eight to ten new visual art shows exhibit each year. A reception held during each exhibit provides the public with an opportunity to meet the artists. Each year ArtSpace Herndon hosts several art competitions: Fine Art Photography, Portraits, and Herndon Town Calendar.

Founded in 2011 and based in Lexington, Virginia, The Kiernan Gallery showcases the work of emerging artists, primarily photographers, in monthly juried exhibitions. Jurors have included curators, editors, critics, professors, and seasoned professionals. The Kiernan Gallery holds an annual Portfolio Showcase in the summer with a spring deadline.
artspace began in 1988 as an association of artists interested in exhibiting their own work and providing a space for other artists to reach a wider audience in the greater Richmond, Virginia area.
Since then, artspace has maintained a gallery committed to showing first quality visual art in a variety of innovative styles and media. The gallery has also been the forum for original work in poetry, prose, drama, dance and music. Since opening its joint doors Candela Books + Gallery has exhibited the work of Shelby Lee Adams, Gita Lenz, Julio Mitchel, and Chris McCaw, whose work is the subject of our third book, Sunburn.
