EUQINOM Gallery
San Francisco - 49 Geary Street, Suite 417 - CA 94108
EUQINOM Gallery, founded in 2015 by Director Monique Deschaines, has established itself as a dynamic force in the contemporary art world, with a particular focus on photography. Based in San Francisco, the gallery champions emerging and mid-career artists, emphasizing women and other underrepresented voices. EUQINOM is committed to presenting photo-based practices that challenge conventional boundaries and expand the dialogue around contemporary art.

Photography is central to the gallery’s program, with EUQINOM curating exhibitions that highlight both experimental and traditional photographic approaches. The gallery has organized more than 40 solo exhibitions, each thoughtfully designed to showcase the depth and range of its artists’ vision. These exhibitions often include interdisciplinary presentations, artist talks, and collaborations, providing visitors and collectors with insight into both the creative process and the broader context of contemporary photography.

EUQINOM actively promotes its photography program beyond its gallery walls. Participating in prominent international art fairs such as Photo London, ZonaMaco, Art Toronto, and Unseen Amsterdam, the gallery ensures that its artists gain exposure to global audiences. Works from EUQINOM’s photography collection have also been acquired by major institutions, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Photographic Art in San Diego, Victoria & Albert Museum in London, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington D.C., reflecting the gallery’s commitment to building a lasting institutional presence for its artists.

Under the guidance of Monique Deschaines, a curator and educator with an MFA in photography, EUQINOM Gallery combines rigorous curatorial standards with personalized support for its artists. By fostering an environment where photography is explored, celebrated, and critically engaged, the gallery continues to shape the landscape of contemporary photographic practice while supporting the careers of artists who are redefining the medium. Through exhibitions, educational programs, and institutional collaborations, EUQINOM Gallery remains a vital destination for anyone interested in the evolving world of photography.
