I want to sit next to a stranger and learn about their life. I’m guided by curiosity and an inheritance of wonder, drawn to those who live close to the land and move through the world with intention. As a child, maps were my portals. I spun globes, chased far-off places with my imagination, and wanted more than facts—I wanted to understand people, their rhythms, and their stories. That curiosity carried me barefoot through forests and, eventually, across the world. Based in Arvada, Colorado, I’ve spent the past 15 years working as an outdoor guide, photographer, and experiential educator, living, studying, and traveling through 70+ countries. Peru holds a particularly deep place in my heart, where I’ve led dozens of trips in the Andes, taught cultural anthropology, and continue guiding in the Cordillera Blanca and Huayhuash ranges. I hold a Master’s in Socio-Cultural Anthropology, but my greatest teachers have been the people I’ve met—those whose generosity, resilience, and connection to place continue to shape how I move through the world. Photography is the natural extension of this lifelong wonder. It allows me to slow down, listen, and become a student again—connecting story with place, and people with the land beneath their feet. I’m not chasing spectacle, but meaning: images that invite curiosity, conversation, and reverence, reminding us of our shared humanity and this vast, beautiful planet we all call home.

France
After earning his degree in Graphic Design from the school of art direction and interior architecture Penninghen in Paris in 2015, Thibault Belouis worked as a iconographer for production companies specializing in photography and commissioned films. In 2018, he joined the production company Passion Pictures (Paris) as an art director. This international company, renowned for its documentaries and animated fi lms, has been recognized multiple times with Academy Awards. His professional and artistic focus is now on photographic, video, and sound works, exploring the existence of the world around him. He practices photography spontaneously, ranging from landscapes to street photography, aiming above all to capture a certain delicacy through a contemplative and slightly offbeat perspective. The relationship between reality and the image has always fascinated him. In June 2023, he decided to dedicate himself fully to his artistic sensibility, exploring photography, video, and sound. He then created the photographic series Magnetic Walk, a visual noir tinged with surrealism. That same year, his artistic commitment led him to travel across the Americas for one year, during which he produced Dias Tras Días, a series fi nalist for the Prix Bergger for Black and White Analog Photography 2025. His work was exhibited in November at an exhibition organized by Mathilde Virty in Paris. In 2026, he will participate in the KIOSKO residency program in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, to develop a project exploring the connection between memory and wild nature.

Kristyn Taylor
’m Kristyn Taylor, a self-taught photographer based in Australia. After arriving in Australia from New Zealand, I studied Zoology at university—a passion developed in childhood and shaped by influences such as the TV series Daktari, Sunday night wildlife documentaries, and the legendary Jane Goodall. I went on to complete a thesis on bird behaviour, developing a deep appreciation for observation and documentation. Over time, my creative focus evolved into ceramic sculpture, and I became an exhibiting artist creating life-sized dioramas that reflected my life experiences. Through this work, I developed an eye for form and colour. In 2014, when my children were old enough for me to travel independently, I began working with photography and started travelling solo. During this time, I developed a particular interest in people and traditional cultures. In 2025, I stepped away from other work to focus fully on developing my photography. I feel that my background in both science and the arts has greatly informed and shaped my photographic practice.
