SAIF x La Kabine Revelation Award

The OFF PHOTO Festival in Arles 2025 is reaffirming itself as a major event for photography enthusiasts, artists, and industry professionals. A true space for creative freedom and inclusivity, it highlights innovative projects, offering a unique platform for contemporary creation. The OFF Arles Festival is the perfect opportunity to discover new talents while celebrating the work of established artists.

The Révélation Saif x La Kabine 2025 Award aims to spotlight photographic projects that have not yet had the opportunity to be exhibited to the public or recognized in the photography industry. This award is designed to support emerging artists and provide significant visibility to underrepresented works while contributing to the enrichment of contemporary photography.

This award seeks to give a chance to talents who are still unknown to the general public while valuing their artistic approach.

For the 2025 edition, the SAIF Board of Directors has decided to support an award specifically dedicated to emerging creation. This award will be presented through a screening during the opening week (July 7–12, 2025) of the Rencontres d’Arles and the OFF PHOTO Festival. The primary commitment is to ensure that this award remains accessible to everyone by offering a total prize fund of €5,000, including €2,000 for the award recipient and €3,000 distributed among the 30 finalists.

Conditions for participation in the Saif x La Kabine 2025 Revelation Award:

The award is open only to artist-author-photographers of any nationality, over 18 years of age, with a valid SIRET number. Only one photographic series per entrant is permitted. Participation is free of charge, subject to membership of the La Kabine association. All applicants must provide proof of their status as artist-authors or professional photographers in order for their application to be validated. Required documents: Artist's biography: A brief presentation of your artistic career. Note of intent: A presentation in English or French of your artistic approach and the objectives of your photographic series. Photographic series: Please submit a series of images, comprising between 10 and 15 photographs, presented in full-page PDF format. Each image must be of optimal quality for printing and projection. Please upload your PDF file with the following nomenclature: PR25_NAMEFIRSTNAME. All entries not complying with this nomenclature will be rejected. Additional details: We are looking for photographic series that explore new themes or original approaches, enabling us to stimulate the imagination and reflection around contemporary photography. Candidates are encouraged to propose coherent series with a strong visual identity and a clear message, whether they are personal or experimental projects.
