The London Street Photography Festival (LSPF) returns to East London, bringing together photographers, photography enthusiasts, and curious audiences for a vibrant celebration of street photography. Free and open to all, the festival presents exhibitions, talks, lectures, books, and opportunities to connect with an international photography community.

At the heart of the festival is an exhibition featuring finalists of the LSPF 2026 competition across four categories: Single Photograph, Photo Series, London Photograph, and Under 21s. Together, the selected works explore the many possibilities of street photography, from fleeting encounters and quiet observations to powerful portraits of cities and the people who inhabit them.

The festival also presents exhibitions by acclaimed photographers Jens Olof Lasthein and Ania Klosek. Lasthein will showcase his award-winning project Moments in Between, documenting the former Yugoslavia before, during, and after the wars of the 1990s. Made over many years, the photographs reflect on history, memory, and the traces of political upheaval in everyday life.

Klosek will present photographs from Ukraine Project, an ongoing exploration of Ukrainian society between 2015 and 2025. Her work portrays a rapidly changing social landscape shaped by political, economic, and social uncertainty, while remaining attentive to intimate moments of everyday life.

The program also includes talks and lectures by photographers including Lasthein, Klosek, and Mimi Mollica, as well as a dedicated photography bookshop featuring publications from major publishers, independent photobooks, and zines. Photographers can also sell their own books and zines with no commission.

As a non-profit international event, LSPF aims to build a lasting community around street photography, creating a space for learning, exchange, networking, and discovery while celebrating the genre’s ability to document contemporary life and inspire new ways of seeing the world.
