Angela and Jonathan Scott, the internationally acclaimed wildlife photographers and authors known for the quality of their work documenting the beauty and diversity of African wildlife, are delighted to announce their latest project aimed at celebrating and preserving the natural wonders of the continent.

They have dedicated their careers to capturing the essence of African wildlife through their stunning photography and compelling storytelling. Their groundbreaking contribution to the BBC’s Big Cat Diary series, and more recently as presenters of Big Cat Tales for Animal Planet, opened a window into the lives of big cats in Kenya’s Maasai Mara for millions of viewers worldwide.

Their new project, titled "Sacred Nature: Wild Africa" showcases a collection of breathtaking images captured around the world, shining a light on the beauty and fragility of our planet's wild inhabitants. From the majestic elephants of Amboseli to the elusive leopards of the Maasai Mara, Jonathan and Angela's photographs offer a rare glimpse into the richness of Africa's wildlife and the urgent need to protect their natural habitats.

In addition to the photographic exhibition, Jonathan and Angela Scott will showcase their award-winning companion book, “Sacred Nature 2: Reconnecting People to Our Planet” (2021), featuring their most iconic images alongside personal anecdotes and insights into the challenges facing wildlife conservation across the Planet. The book aims to inspire readers to appreciate and celebrate the wonders of our natural world and take action to safeguard its future.

The Santa Fe exhibition is the flagship event for a global series to benefit the Sacred Nature Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to Inspire, Educate, and Conserve. Jonathan & Angela will donate a portion of the exhibition's proceeds to a local Santa Fe wildlife conservation project, underlining their commitment to conservation efforts at community levels. Beyond gallery viewings, visitors can participate in workshops, lectures, and educational summits aimed at inspiring and educating individuals of all ages.

Jonathan Scott emphasized the exhibition's purpose, stating, "We want to stir the imagination and encourage people to join us on a journey of discovery, allowing them to absorb the wonder of Planet Earth. We want to inform and uplift, offering both a sense of wonder, urgency, and hope."
