I work as a theoretical physicist and also volunteer as an ornithologist. Photography has always been a way for me to preserve in memory everything that is dear and important. In the past couple of years, I have become interested in wildlife photography — it helps me truly relax my soul. I also provide free photography services for children's and rural events, because for me, photography is purely for the soul and for creativity.
Statement:
As my mother likes to say, I came into this world with large, inquisitive eyes. Even as an infant, I would fix my gaze on people and study them for long moments. When I was wheeled along the street in my pram, I never dozed off like other babies — I watched the world, eyes wide open.
Now, instead of eyes, I have lenses. And I capture everything that strikes me as significant. At first, I did it only for myself. But gradually, it became important to share my discoveries with others — sometimes with a quiet urge to "prove" something that feels utterly obvious to me, yet so elusive and transient, so that others might see it too, and feel it.
